The metro station was conveniently located right outside the hotel. This made getting around very easy. The breakfast included was convenient and reasonable. The coffee machines made a good cappuccino with little fuss.
The invoice process for my company was very bad. I requested the invoice months in advance, but it was issued incorrectly to a third party. Contacting the hotel to fix this proved difficult. Each time I tried to contact them a new person replied without checking the conversation history.

the metro station was steps from the hotel entrance i appreciated this greatly the staff members were pleasant and accommodating the retro gaming area near reception added a nice playful element

rude receptiondirt carpet
I found some things were not great. the hairdryer didn't work and the night reception guy was really rude about it, basically calling me a liar. the carpet in my room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Very dirt. also, i had to ask for shampoo because they didn't provide it. we asked for extra pillows, they never arrived, so all in all, not a great experience

I visited the hotel in 2024, i booked a standard twin room. The location was good for accessing transport links. The metro station was very close. The staff were very helpful. They gave good directions. The room was clean!
The breakfast coffee WAS VERY weak. The room was not very soundproofed. I heard street noise. The pillows were a little lumpy.
